  • Bring a red shirt and a white shirt. Teams will be assigned before hand based on player skill level and may be adjusted during play to maintain balance. A ball will be provided. Absolutely no slide tackling or unsafe play. No offside. Play the calls. Throw ins will be kick ins. Rain, snow, sleet, or hail. We always play, except for lightning. At least 24 hour notice of cancellation to receive a credit.

  • Depending on the season, you will find our Weekly Pickup Games at some of the nicest turf fields in Manhattan, including Chelsea Park, Frederick Douglass Playground, Booker T Washington, Riverside Park, Randall’s Island, and others.

  • Depending on the season, we will typically have games going between 8am - 10am on Saturday and/or Sunday mornings.

  • 5BFC League Play is structured to foster a well balanced and healthy competitive environment, enabled by our unique approach to setting rosters through a live draft. Our leagues are 7 vs 7 with a GK and feature between 4 and 6 teams depending on the season. The spirit of sportsmanship and fair play remains at the core of our ethos.

    Unlike pickup games, 5BFC League Play offers a consistent roster and schedule, allowing you to connect with the same group of teammates week after week. This consistency not only enhances the competitive dynamic of the games but fosters a deeper sense of connection.

    Seasons run either 5 weeks (‘Sprint’) or 9 weeks (Regular) and feature 75+ minute games, various individual and team awards, and frequent banter in the group chat & on the field. You wont find another league like it anywhere in the city.

  • Depending on the season, you will find our 5BFC League at some of the nicest turf fields in Manhattan, including Chelsea Park, Frederick Douglass Playground, Booker T Washington, Riverside Park, Randall’s Island, and others.

  • Depending on the season, we will typically have 5BFC League games going between 8am - 10am on Saturday and/or Sunday mornings, with pickup games offered on the alternate day.
